SoloRapport privacy notice
The controller is IT Bruderhofer, Lukas Bruderhofer, Bodenseestraße 108, 88138 Sigmarszell, Germany, info@it-bruderhofer.de.
Data stored by the app
Clients, projects, trips, work time, notes, photos, signatures, exports and settings are processed locally on your device. SoloRapport has no user account and no developer-operated app backend. This content is not transmitted to IT Bruderhofer.
Encryption and exports
The local database and stored attachments are encrypted. When you export a PDF, CSV, project package or backup, you choose its destination through the operating-system share sheet. The selected destination’s privacy terms then also apply. Password-protected backups cannot be recovered without the password you chose.
Permissions
- Camera: requested only after you choose to take a record photo.
- System photo picker: selects individual images without broad library access.
- Biometrics: used only for the optional app lock; biometric data remains with the operating system.
- Internet: used for store purchases and restore. Project data works offline.
In-app purchases
Apple or Google processes product information, purchases and restore. SoloRapport receives a technical purchase status to unlock Pro locally. No project content is sent to the developer. The relevant store privacy terms govern payment, account and transaction data. IT Bruderhofer may receive the ordinary settlement and sales information available in store portals.
No analytics or advertising
The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It performs no marketing tracking and does not sell personal data.
Support and website
If you contact support by email, your message is processed to answer the request. The website host necessarily records technical server data such as IP address, time, requested page and user agent. See the general IT Bruderhofer privacy notice.
Retention and rights
Local data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app and its data. Support messages are retained only while necessary for the request and applicable obligations. Subject to GDPR requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
